Neither Gautama Buddha nor Prithvi Narayan Saha was born in Nepal. On their respective period, there was not any existence of present Nepal. Kathmandu was a lake and Mangolian Monk Manjushree broke the lake or Aryan Cattle Care Giver Krishna had established the settlement on the evacuated land. Probably the Ne Muni was the Manjushree in Aryan civilization. Thus, Nepal was only the Kathmandu Valley. The Mangols came from north Magnolia, China or Tibet and Aryans came from Aryabrat of North India due to the Muslim Mogul invasion. Prithvi Narayan Saha – a Muslim’s Clan was a successful Hindu king to unite all those so called 22/ 24 states. He ruled the country with the political advices of Braman as they are the experts of Mahabharat, Ramayan, Puran, Bidur niti, Chanakya niti and so forth as the political discourse to the rural plus he made the Chhetries as his security force. He made his palace in the heart of Newars Basantapur Kathmandu and started to worship the Living Goddess of Nepal – Kumari. Rai, Limbu, Magar, Gurung, Sherpa, Thakali , Tamang like such Mongolian Clan were not involved in politics and bureaucracy but they went on British, Indian, Malayan, and Nepalese Army who are in the high rank of Human Development Index. The Newar of Kathmandu famous business communities are the native indigenous dwellers of the valley are the hybrid of Aryan of Southern and Mongolian of Northern communities of ancient Nepal – Kathmandu. Native Teraian are the children of land (Dharti Putra) they served and love to serve the plain fertile land and cultivation or agriculture. The lack of access of central law and order people had to make their own system of law and order or punishment. The punishment for a very serious and sensitive crime like rape to mother or daughter people set them as untouchable. The clans of untouchable separated people became Dalit of Nepal. The sins committed by their ancestors their grand children are suffering from it. This is completely injustice, unfair or illegal. Thus, Nepal is predominantly complex mix of Aryan and Mongolian civilizations. Other highly marginalized or recently identified groups like Raute, Jirel, Kusunda, Chepang, etc should be brought in to mainstream of development. Therefore, Nepal is multi cultural, multi ethnic multi identical country with diverse institutions, relations, interactions, living style, etc had created many more indigenous social welfare organizations.
