Neither the Veterinary Authority or the Department of Public Sanitation have issued a Quarantine Order for Alloue Equine Rescue. It is the owner who has self imposed the Quarantine as a stalling tactic. Shauna is following the legal route and is well on her way to gathering the evidence required to prove that this Rescue should be named and shamed for the abominable abuse of human kindness and the susceptibility of others when they find themselves in vulnerable situations.
