No, no, no, she says, breath, breathing is everything, singing is, starts and ends with controlling your breath. Singing feels great, but you have to stay in pretty good condition. You need to control your muscles immensely. A trained singer uses the whole body. Your posture should be right. The reason why you rarely see singers over 65 still perform is the decline of muscle strenght. It influences the voice. end of quotes.
