Nelson Mandela Bay residents are facing a looming fuel crisis, following several reports from listeners that petrol stations are running dry. Indications are that this is due to the suspension of tanker berth operations at the Port of Port Elizabeth, after Transnet National Ports Authority announced that operations at the citys tanker berth have been temporarily suspended to allow for emergency repairs to the facility
