Nelz is looking for some help - i was wondering if anyone could help me out. At birth i found out that my daughter had a upper lip tie and was told not to worry about it, at first she was nursing well and now she latches on has a feed and then pulls away and latches again but only sucks on my nipple not fully latching. my nurse and midwife told me to wait untill later on in her life to see if there is to cause any complications with the gap in teeth or speech impediments but i dont want to wait that long. Do u know at what age and how bad it needs to be to be able to go in and get her lip tie cut?? she is now 9 weeks old.
