Dogtooth--strange but effective Oscar nominated Greek film about a couple who have kept their teen children isolated from and dumb to the real world outside. 3. Far Out Isnt Far Enough--fun documentary about a man who was once the worlds most famous childrens book writer/artist until he disappeared one day. 4. Milius--documentary on writer/director John Milius who made Conan The Barbarian, Dillinger, Red Dawn and more. 5. Safety not Guaranteed--great comedy flick about a guy trying to find a partner to go to the future with him through newspaper ads. 6. Where the Buffalo Roam--Bill Murray as Hunter S. Thompson...nuff said. 7. Hit & Run--Dax Shepard action/comedy that you wont see coming 8. Equilbrium--excellent low budget sci-fi action flick starring Christian Bale. 9. Super--hilarious dark comedy starring Rainn Wilson and Ellen Page as make-shift superheroes. 10. In Bruges--Colin Farrell and Brendan Gleeson as hitmen in this comedy. 11. Slacker--Richard Linklaters first film 12. Cash Back--an overlooked comedy and one of my faves 13. Monsters--before you see Godzilla see the directors excellent monster movie 14.
