Netherlands researchers have found another reason to step on your yoga mat! A review of 37 studies point toward yoga being a preventative measure against heart disease and just as beneficial to heart health as other exercise forms. The European Journal of Preventative Cardiology reports yogis have lower rates of obesity, high blood pressure and raised cholesterol–all risk factors of heart disease–than compared to non-exercisers. ow.ly/Ghwzv
