Network Marketing Tip for Today: What To Do If Your Team Are Not Serious About Building the Business What should you do if you have enrolled people into your network marketing opportunity and your team are not serious about the business like you are... or dont appear to be as serious as you. So what about if you have a whole team of people who are not serious about the business as you? Have you thought about that they just dont know what to do? Yes you are going to find that some of your team members just have other stuff going on... they are trying to sort their life out, they have a job, they have a family to support etc and they are trying to work out where they can fit network marketing into their life and build a business. You have to also remember that everyone moves at a different pace. However in saying that... Have you also thought about that they just dont know what to do thats why they are not doing anything? So if they are not as serious as you... it could be that they dont know what they should be doing to build their business. Have you shown them how to get started? If you havent shown them how to get started then how can you expect them to be able to do what you are doing. The plan here for you is to show them how to get started. Put a series of videos together on how to get started. Your network marketing company should have a whole website totally dedicated to building the business. So this means you should have access to the business tools, the systems, the videos, the audios and the templates. So put it all together in a series of videos on how to use the business tools, how to use the systems, how to use the videos, how to use the audios and how to use the templates. Train your team so that they know what to do and then they too are building the business. Again... put a series of videos on where to find people, how to build relationship with people, what and who is the target market they should be working with... you have to remember if you are bringing someone completely new to the business... you cant expect them to know what to do. Show them how you are building your business... are you running home meetings? Are you running meetings at clubs? Are you building your business online? Are you doing both? You need to show your team what you are doing and dont leave them in the dark and then nothing happens. You should be getting your team members to meetings and company events. They are going to be excited and motivated... they are going to see people who are really successful and they are going to realize that they too can do what the successful people are doing. So your plan is to put a package or a series of videos together so that you can get your team working and building their business. The question I have for you is... would you work with you?
