To become a Network Systems Engineer you should follow our Innovate Pathway where you will gain a City and Builds TechBac alongside qualifications in all or one of Mathematics, Physics or geography. You can also choose to study additional optional qualifications as well as completing an Extended Project. Once you graduate from the UTC you will need to complete a degree in Network Systems Engineering at University before moving into your first role. Your experiences at the UTC will ensure you have developed your technical understanding whilst honing your computer assisted design skills. You will have taken on the role of Network Systems Engineer in a number of projects and will have an extensive portfolio of your own Projects. You may even be asked to collaborate with a student in a number of projects in need of Network Systems Engineer.
