Networking session to empower professionals Public Relations Institute of Southern Africa (PRISA) is the only South African Qualifications Authority (SAQA) recognised professional body for public relations and communication management professionals in Southern Africa. The Institute’s Limpopo Region will host a networking session under the topic, ‘Planning Events with Impact and Brand Leadership’ scheduled as follows: Date : 23 October 2014 Time : 17h30 for 18h00 Venue: Eltasha Guest House, Plot 128, 3rd Street, Dalmada, Polokwane According to PRISA Regional Chairperson, Dr Naledzani Rasila PhD, “the networking session is part of Continuing Professional Development (CPD) and a networking opportunity for public relations and communication management professionals”. Rasila is himself passionate about his personal development and has thus recently graduated with a PhD in Communication under the research topic ‘Communication for Effective Developmental Local Government’. He is also a PRISA registered Chartered Public Relations Practitioner (CPRP). Speakers at the networking session are Ms Matjie Masha, Managing Director and Owner of Babylon Travellers and Mr Patrick Monkoe CPRP, Corporate Marketing Manager at Limpopo Economic Development Agency (LEDA). An amount of R100 will get current PRISA member access to this informative session whilst non-members pay R150 to attend the networking session. Booking is essential as seating is limited.
