Never Be Selective In The Fight Against Oppression And Injustice: Islam is built on principles not on emotions and sentiments and no group in Islam that is more principled than the school of AhlulBayt(as). It was due to the principle of this school that it refused to overlook the crimes and excesses of some companions of the Prophet(sa). Despite the fact there lots of Takfiris among Palestinians but we strongly support them and vehemently opposed their Zionist oppressors.It is not that we are unaware of what these Takfiri Palestinians are saying against Shia Islam but yearly tens of millions of mainly Shia Muslims marched across the world on International Day of al-Quds denouncing Zionism and supporting Palestine. This is principle because it is part of the teachings of the school of AhlulBayt(as) to oppose the oppressors and support the oppressed. Some weeks before Morsi removal,a Takfiri mob attacked a Shia scholar,Shaikh Hasan Shehata,and his companions and mob-beat them to death.That incident pained my heart,I spent weeks after suffering from heart pains and the eyes always wet with tears.To this day whenever I remember that incident,my heart bleeds.... Morsi encouraged that attack by his sectarian stance against Syria and he personally never condemned it.The then President of Egypt is a sectarian bigot. Then the Egyptian crises came and Morsi was.overthrown in a military coup.Some of our Friends are not happy with us that we condemned the coup are we are opposed to the military junta. The coup against Morsi was an act of injustice and the blatant murders of the Brotherhood supporters was the height of oppression and injustice. We saw a wider picture that some of our Friends did not see,the picture that the largest Army and the strongest takes its orders from the Pentagon.And the only reason the Americans funds the Egyptian Army was to protect that Treaty of shame and surrender and to crush any intetnal opposition. We are happy that an increasingly number of Egyptians are begining to view things from this angle. The bloodbath that happened in Egypt in recent days must be condemned by all,there is no any excuse to blatant and ruthless murder of a largely civilian population. We should not be selective in opposing injustice and oppression.
