Never Forget Calvary: God loves each one of us so much, that He gave His only son to come to this earth, and die for our sins – giving us the gift of eternal life! It’s a gift that none of us deserve – but because of His great and unimaginable love for us – He freely gave. As Christians, we have heard the story of what happened at Calvary over and over again, but for some, it has lost it’s meaning. The first sign of trouble, we blame God! Instead of relying on Him to help us through the storm, we turn on Him, forgetting all about the depth of His love. Oh how that must break God’s heart! When we remember God’s great sacrifice, it changes how we respond in times of crisis. What a wonderful and loving Lord and Savior we serve! It doesnt matter what the enemy throws at us, our God is tenderly, lovingly, guiding each step of the way! Jesus will never turn His back on us! Whatever difficult times we face here on earth, they fade in comparison with what Jesus did for us! Our daily prayer should be, “Thank you Jesus for loving us so much that you gave your life to save us! Thank you for your gift of eternal life with you!
