About 17 days ago, Heaven was brought into the @Shrewsbury Animal Hospital. She was emaciated. She was covered with what appeared to be possible cigarette burns. She had been kept in the basement by a son, a grandmother, and a mother family unit. She was tied so tightly by a leash that she could barely sit. She had burns on her under side from being in her own urine and feces. She was covered in skin infections. She was accurately diagnosed as being on the verge of death.
