Never allow whatever everyone says about you or their opinion of you become your reality, otherwise you might be heading for disaster. Someones judgment of you might be very wrong depending on their vantage point. Some people always see others as wrong, bad, evil, or in short they are faultfinders because they have not dealt with the plank in their eye to be able to remove the speck in your eye. They are too blinded to realize your worthy, potential, beauty, intelligence, wisdom and gifting. Not everybody is qualified to help you or correct you because as long as they have not dealt with the plank or beam in their eyes they may damage your eyes( vision, self esteem,and how you will then regard yourself) The eye is a very sensitive area and therefore dont allow just anyone to correct you, speak to you unless their lifestyle qualifies them to do so(Matthew 7:3-5. Scriptures say in Titus 1:15, To the pure all things are pure, but to those who are defiled and unbelieving nothing is pure, but even their mind and conscience are defiled. Some people are putting on wrong lens as they view you because they judge you as per their own condition. Be careful of who speak to your life because our self esteem and worthy has been shaped and it is still being shaped by people who spoke to our lives. Dont change yourself to measure up to the standard men have set for you but measure yourself against Christ because He is the best and precise standard( 2Corinthians 10:12, Ephesians 4:13, Till we all come to the unity of the faith and the knowledge of the Son of God, to a perfect man, to the measure of the stature of the fullness of Christ. No one has a right to correct you as long as they dont set an example for you to follow.
