Never be intimidated by the power some people claim to have. If you cant confirm what they have, and they are not willing to show you a licence. Plain and simply they are a hoax. They will offer you everything at a candy price, just to lure you in with your faith and wants. If it sounds to good to be true, it isnt true. Experience tells the tale.
