Never, ever sign a guardianship agreement to access medical support services. Being forced to surrender guardianship in effort to obtain medical help for ones needy child is extortion and that is a criminal offense. Press for equality/human rights. The same support services offered to strangers/out-of-home placement can and must be provided to families.
