Never feel jealous of or satirize others’ meritorious actions at any moment, or it will bring about terrible karma. I always sincerely rejoice at others’ prostrations all the way to the holy places such as Lasha or Bodh Gaya, while at the same time offering some Tsampa and money to them when my resources permit, in which way I can obtain the same merit as theirs. 無論如何，不要有嫉妒心，更不要諷刺嘲笑行善的人，否則就會造下很大的惡業。我自己看到人家磕頭去拉薩或者印度菩提迦葉時，都會內心隨喜他們，有條件時還隨喜供養他們糌粑、錢等，這樣也會有同樣的功德。
