Never go to old Texas brewing company in old Town burleson. Apparently according to the owner we looked like complainers as soon as we walked in the door. Which my dad, step mom, brother,sister n law, nephew, Aaron, myself and our 3 kids looked this way. The only booth big enough for us was in a corner that was a little to warm, so we asked to go to the sky bar. There was only a handful of people there. Our waitress was horrible whenever she did come around. All the smaller tables had her undevided attention. When we got our food 1 hour later it was cold. We were never offered silverware , condiments or napkins. Even after asking for them more than once. I asked for an extra plate because I was splitting my food with Alivia and never got one. I literally ate my food with my fingers for the second time there. My step moms food tasted horrible and she mentioned it to the waitress and was blown off. We never got a ticket. So after walking downstairs and talking to a manager only to be blown off once again, finally spoke to the owner and was blown off once again after paying a $115 ticket. The owner literally shooed us away and a waitress that didnt even wait on us had the nerve to say get out. I refuse to ever set foot in that place. If you want bad service, to be ignored, called names, and treated like shit by a douchebag owner and waitresses that only requirement they must have to be hired is to look like they are 7 months pregnant than this is the place for you. I usually dont put places like this on blast but this was ridiculous. NEVER AGAIN! Ginger Guhl
