Never have I had a truly horrible experience with #Comcast, until today. I am not the kind of person who gets mad when he is transferred to a outsourced call center. I have no problem speaking to an individual for whom English is a second language, and that is still the case today. However I must admit; there is something SO profoundly irritating about speaking to someone and explaining the issue thoroughly, but being completely misunderstood time and time again. I called to inquiring about an installation appointment that the technician failed to show for(regarding cable TV), the only sentence the representative could muster was, what issue are you having with your internet...ONLY THAT IT IS BEING SUPPLIED BY COMCAST!...Is what I didnt yell. I understand its more fiscally prudent to outsource your call centers. But when the call is about you receiving my money and me being provided with a product and timely service...YOU BETTER MAKE GOD DAMN SURE THAT YOUR REPS HAVE A BASIC GRASP OF THE RELEVANT LANGUAGE. So instead, I have cancelled my #Xfinity TV service and will only remain tied to #AmericasNumber1HatedCompany for the unfortunate necessity that is internet. If someone would be SO kind as to jump start #GigabitInternet in the tech hub that is #Seattle. Id really appreciate it! Help me give Comcast the finger!!!!!
