Never quit learning. And when you have the chance, share your knowledge with others. Had the opportunity to hang out with Jona last night, talk training and generally pick his brain as I learn more about how my training will be structured and how to use RPEs and different bench shirts within a training cycle and progress. As I have primarily trained raw over the last 7-8 years, my experience with shirts and how to program for them is at the novice stage. Im lucky to have a friend at the top of our sport to bug at will, but who is also always researching, learning and refining ideas himself. Then, I went over to my Brothers and Sister in Laws and help them figure out a training plan and explain why Wendlers 531 is my personal choice for the person who just wants to get stronger and more athletic for life, and then talk them through it. Learned and taught about training all in one night. I call last night a total win.
