Never underestimate the usefulness of your physical body for it is the vehicle that will take you to awareness. All is important so choose wisely in this regard. The food you eat should be of only of the purest and most natural ingredients, the air you breathe should be as clean and unpolluted as possible, the water you drink needs to be pure, and your mind should be bathed in environmental beauty wherever it is available. This is not just a “you” thing as “others” come into play here also. Some “others” want gas drilling within site of your residence or close to your water reserves, another group wants to add various hormones and antibiotics to the meat supplies, and still others want to destroy natural preserves “to make the world a better place for man”, and so on. All these factors that run competitively and rampantly according to the profit motive in our capitalist society will be things that need to be taken into account when looking at “you”.
