Never would I have thought that selling our home, Building a new one, finding a place to live in the mean time would have been as smooth as silk, velvet, melted chocolate, aged whiskey and everything else that Google says is smooth! House sold in 1st showing, a place to live fell in our lap, came in under budget on our selections, closing has been on track since day one, and exceeded our budget savings way before time to close. Closing double confirmed even IF there is a delay on the marble tops for the bathrooms. Nothing stopping it just the 2 weeks 2 days in between!
