After careful deliberation, we are pleased to announce that a NEW withdrawal quantum of US$300 will be made available to ALL Members going forward at a handling fee of 5%. This lowered withdrawal threshold will take effect from 1st December 2013. Concurrently, handling fees for higher withdrawal amounts have been temporarily revised to 3% instead of the previous 5%.
