New Book The ACTA and the Plurilateral Enforcement Agenda: Genesis and Aftermath PEDRO ROFFE AND XAVIER SEUBA The International Centre for Trade and Sustainable Development (ICTSD) is pleased to announce the publication of a new book on the Anti-Counterfeiting Trade Agreement (ACTA), titled The ACTA and the Plurilateral Enforcement Agenda. Recognizing the importance of ACTA and the surrounding legal framework for the enforcement of IPRs, this book undertakes a comprehensive analysis on the issue. It explores the origins and conclusion of ACTA, its relation with ongoing initiatives to improve enforcement, and norms pertaining to a range of international legal regimes. The book is edited by Pedro Roffe (ICTSD) and Xavier Seuba (Universite de Strasbourg), and published by Cambridge University Press. More details are available here.
