New Breastfeeding Hour at LARK- starting Thursday January 8th 9-9:45am. Nurturing Grace, aka Grace Veras Sealy, is a local birth and postpartum doula and certified lactation counselor. Her passion is to support women both before and after childbirth, and especially through the onset and establishment of breastfeeding. She believes that in the first days and weeks after birth it is imperative to get information and support, and it helps to know other mothers who are going through similar experiences. It also helps to get out of the house from time to time. Grace is looking forward to offering breastfeeding support, and to meeting you new moms and your precious bundles of joy and exhaustion.
