To provide guidance and direction across all FNB segments and product houses regarding sales, pricing, delivery models and business platforms . Job Requirements · Achieve new revenue targets by growing a portfolio of new clients and sales acquired · Establish, align and manage target and budget goals whilst ensuring effective control of costs for a range of functional areas to increase cost efficiency · Develop a service culture which builds rewarding relationships, proposes innovations and allows others to provide exceptional client service · Cultivate and manage objective working relationships with a variety of stakeholders, including end-users, SME’s, project managers and senior staff members · Maintenance of expert knowledge on relevant legislative amendments, industry best practices and provision of proactive advice and solutions to relevant stakeholders · Track, control and influence sales activities with the specific aim to achieve previously determined sales targets in new business market and convert new leads to sales · Define a portfolio growth strategy in line with predetermined growth targets, which are determined on an annual basis through conducting competitor analysis, providing innovating new value propositions and focusing on new as well as cross sell opportunities for New Market and Products · Translate strategies into actionable goals and execute relevant projects / initiatives aligned to strategic objectives with specific performance measures and control systems to track progress for New Markets · Comply with governance in terms of legislative and audit requirements by ensuring prudent risk and compliance governance within the business, including adherence to credit processes and policies · Enter all Qualified leads into the sales pipeline and maintain on a daily basis · Structure Call Reports and proposals for approval by Credit · Improve business decisions by providing accurate and reliable business intelligence (information) together with analyzing trends and data · Manage own development to increase own competencies · Plan and manage performance, skills development, employment equity, talent and culture of team in order to improve innovation, achieve efficiencies and increase competencies Additional Requirements There are no additional requirements associated with this vacancy. Qualifications and Experience · B Comm Degree or equivalent qualification. · 2 - 3 years Banking experience – especially trade, finance and transactional banking Province Gauteng Division First National Bank
