New Classes! Very excited to announce new classes at Exhale Spa in Venice on Monday & Wednesday afternoons at 4pm. So honored to be amongst this respected group of teachers in Los Angeles. Exhale is home to so many amazing teachers whom I deeply admire, and I am so thrilled to be part of the family. I remember taking class in the studio as a student at UCLA and thinking to myself how graceful the teachers were up on that stage. Little did I know I was planting seeds for a very fruitful future. Thank you Fred DeVito for turing this dream into a reality.
