New Client Feature Kathy has been with me for just 2 to 3 weeks and I can already tell she is going to have huge results. Again if you want to start a program that is complete from A-Z, then my program is a must. The exercises I show is for entertainment and are NOT magic exercises for your results. Reality check..... You must cover all areas to completely reach those goals. 1). Proper Nutrition- no freaking diets, just the accurate numbers to the science and applying it in a way that fits in liking and schedule. (Common sense right?!?) 2) Proper Cardio- you CANNOT lose all your fat with cardio! Actually you lose very little directly from cardio in the whole scheme of things. Dont get me wrong though. Cardio is ESSENTIAL in the building blocks in muscular development and making your HEART healthy! So designing a program that doesnt make you spend hours you dont have and make it to where it is efficient and does it job. (Again common sense) 3) Proper Resistance Training and Conditioning- Progressions progression progressions!!! That is as far as Im going with this. I just see to much program design not using foundation and proper progressions. Muscle development and strength development are two different types, as is stability strength, power, endurance, metabolic, and others. HOW SHOULD ALL THESE BE APPLIED TO YOU?!? Well it takes someone with much experience, much education, much want to apply the details... You get my drift. 4) Proper supplementation- Most of you that know me understands my stand on this. Pretty much why take something if it isnt directly replacing what you lack from foods. Your body does NOT increase abilities because of mega dosing. 5) Proper Education- What you learn shapes your perceptions and your realities. So if you are filled with a bunch of BS then your actions will be the same. Always quiz your professional where they got their info. Dont accept general answers. Get the truth... Crush It!
