New Corruption law in offing THE Directorate of Ethics and Integrity is in the process of initiating a law for the establishment of a Special Anti-Corruption Court to ensure speedy adjudication of corruption cases, a parliament committee has heard. The special court is being established in accordance with Article 232(1)(e) of the 1995 constitution as amended, ethics and integrity state minister , Fr. Simon Lokod said yesterday “The objective of establishing this court is to ensure the expeditious, efficient and cost effective forum for adjudication of corruption and corruption related cases,” Lokodo explained.
