New Exciting News: Cab’s Wine Bar Bistro Is Staying! As fortune, luck and fate would have it… Cab’s will remain in Glen Ellyn. First of all, Lisa and I would like to express our thanks that we had the opportunity to express our true feelings of gratitude and love that we feel for each and every one of our customers, friends and employees in our letter last month. That remains unchanged. What is different is that Cab’s will continue, only better! Here’s how the ongoing turnaround happened: After we made the announcement that Lisa and I were going to be “riding off into the sunset and exploring new exciting adventures”… we were approached by the owners of D&O Enterprises (old friends and new partners) and they asked us if we would be interested in establishing a team, to not only continue Cab’s Bistro, but to help us build and create new and exciting adventures here in Glen Ellyn. Our team is now bigger and better! I will remain as Cab’s Chef, Lisa and all our wonderful staff will remain as part of our Cab’s family, and during the next few months, we will have some wonderful new surprises for you. We will continue to keep living our dream and with the help and support of D&O Enterprises, we will continue to build upon the Cab’s tradition of excellence that we all have grown to know and love.
