New Grounds Print Workshop & Gallery 3812 Central Ave SE, Suite 100 A Albuquerque, NM 87108 505-268-8952 newgroundsgallery News Release December Exhibition Exhibition title # 1: International Juried Printmaking Exhibition New Grounds Gallery is excited to present its first ever international juried printmaking exhibition. The jurors were UNM printmaking professor Yoshiko Shimano who is originally from Japan, and New Grounds founder and director Regina Held who is originally from Germany. They selected 25 pieces out of the 132 submitted 46 artists from around the world. Submissions came from countries as far as Australia, The Philippines, Kosovo, The Netherlands, and Ireland. Media range from traditional etchings to mezzotint and mixed media approaches. Exhibition title # 2: Holiday Print Sale If you are asking for abundance in your life, this event will generate it. Leisurely wander through our huge printmaking studio and sift through hundreds and hundreds of works of original art - piles of it - and discover treasures and jewels for your own collection or that of friends and family. Prices will range from $ 25 to $ 125. Share the beauty and joy of art!
