New HOA Board Nominees Wanted Nomination period for the 2015-2016 Tuxford Board of Directors Open. We need the professional and ‘real life’ experience of our residents along with their creativity and genuine sense of community to serve on the Board. Your ideas, observations and suggestions concerning present Tuxford needs and future growth considerations are essential in stewarding our community. Many community improvements have taken place this year with more innovations planned for next year. Please consider joining the Tuxford Board for 2015. The Tuxford HOA is a partially self-managed homeowners association and every year positions open for the Tuxford Board of Directors. This year we need a minimum of 3 nominees who can serve for two years starting in January 2015. Meetings are held once a month on a weekday evening. The board consists of 7 members who oversee all of the operation, maintenance, and repair of the neighborhood and all of its assets. Tuxford also utilizes the services of Community Management Associates (CMA) to help manage the finances and some of the property management areas on a part time basis. Interested individuals should understand that there are certain standards that must be followed and should be considered by any candidate. Board candidate requirements Willingness to serve Tuxford with time and talent to drive decisions that benefit the entire neighborhood. Commit to 2 years of service as a member of the board. Must be a full mandatory member of Tuxford in good standing. Commitment to attend monthly board meetings. Appoint and empower the committees of the HOA.
