New Hampshire--Requires Livestock Cruelty Reporting within 48 hours ANIMAL CRUELTY BILL VOTE ON SEPT. 10 On Tuesday, the House Environment & Agriculture Committee will vote on passage of HB 110 (reporting animal cruelty promptly). The amendment requires reporting of livestock cruelty within 48 hours and retention of photos/videos for 60 days without editing them. DOGS maintains that the revised bill ensures prompt reporting so that law enforcement can intervene appropriately to protect animal safety.
