New Italian record CWT with EDGE bi-fins by CETMACOMPOSITES September, 20,2014 Torre S. Giovanni (LE) Michele Giurgola has set a -72mt bi fins CWT, the new Italian record in constant weight apnea with bi-fins. The record attempt had to be 81 meters, but, due to the adverse conditions Michele decide for a more secure distance. Michele has exploited the excellent performance using the carbon bi fins EDGE by Cetma Composites. These high-efficiency fins helped him in such adverse conditions as strong current and rough sea conditions, which, from the beginning, was implying a postponement of the event. The confidence of Michele with its fins EDGE, has allowed him to fight against the strong current, which looked like a river and , constantly pushed him away from the cable. ...
