New Jersey State Police and Elizabeth Board of Education Host 4th Annual Coat Drive The New Jersey State Police, the Elizabeth Board of Education, and Elizabeth Police and Elizabeth Fire Departments, co-hosted the 4th Annual Coat Drive for students of Elizabeth Public Schools. This year, approximately 400 students received new coats, scarves, hats, and gloves. We would like to recognize the great work of all of agencies, volunteers, school officials, and local businesses that made this a great success. Major contributors for this years coat drive were Wakefern, Old Navy, BJs, Wells Fargo, Elizabeth Fire Department Local Union, Elizabeth Police Department PBA, Fajardo Realty Group, and At Hearts Length. This is a great example of New Jerseys law enforcement community coming together to #MakeADifference in lives of our children. To date, approximately 1500 students have benefitted from this annual coat drive. Here are some photos of this years effort. #ItTakesAVillage
