New Job Account Manager, Soft FM - AGA-ACM-Bristol Industry: Defence and Military Job Type: Permanent Location: Bristol, England Salary: £22000 - £23000 per annum Account Manager, Soft FM, Bristol The Account Manager will be working for a world leading Total FM Service company, working on an exciting contract, providing Soft FM services. Our client is a highly regarded Support Service company, who operate globally across numerous sectors, including Defence. The Account Manager will be responsible for ensuring the effective management of the contract, team development and account management. This contract is providing Soft FM services, however, with a bias towards cleaning operations. It is a permanent position, based in Bristol. £22-23,000 pa RESPONSIBILITIES To support your line manager in the following areas; -Carry out daily team briefings and attend other meetings as required. -Maintain and develop Key Performance Indicators and communicate these to the business. -Communicates and roll out continual improvement of the Services provided. -Manage the delivery of other services on the contract, such as Pest and Landscaping etc. -Assist with the induction and coaching of new staff and overall staff development. -Develop training plans, and maintain personnel & training records, skills matrixes etc. -Manage the supervisor and 10 full time cleaning staff -Create and develop strong relationships with customers, highlighting any current or future needs. -Financial involvement, ensuring correct invoice values, ensuring Accounts are aware of job losses. -Reduce number of complaints through understanding of potential failings. -Operations improvement including material consumption, efficiency of vehicle usage. -Apply the companys safety management system. -Advise personnel on employment law and health and safety legislation. -Liaise with Trade Unions. -Manage own time effectively to achieve objectives. To be considered for this opportunity you will be able to demonstrate experience with the following: -Previous experience working in Soft FM Services. -Experience of managing cleaning service contracts. -Background within compliance and health and safety as this is an MOD site. -IT literate. -Flexible to change allowing business improvement. -Motivating and developing others within the business.
