We are currently recruiting for a Business Administration Team Manager, who will coach, support, mentor, motivate and manage a team of between ten and fifteen Administrators, who will perform a range of customer focused duties. Responsibilities will include ensuring that objectives are achieved and exceeded for work management and that service levels for to external customers for quality, speed and accuracy are met by your team. Requirements... In order to be considered, applicants must have proven experience of managing an administration team, preferably within a financial services, regulated or call centre environment. Further, excellent people management skills are essential as is a positive, enthusiastic approach to your work. You should be comfortable in dealing with data and reporting in relation to performance stats and should be able to demonstrate having set and monitored objectives within your teams previously. This is a busy and challenging role, however the rewards are great.
