This property consultancy operates across all property disciplines and have an outstanding mix of institutions, corporates, investors, owner occupiers and tenants as clients. The successful candidate will need to have some experience in agency and ideally have 0 - 2 years post MRICS experience. The successful candidate will have a full understanding of how commercial acquisitions works, to include experience in negotiating, dealing directly with clients, viewing buildings, understanding of the conveyancing process from under offer to completion of contracts and some track record of completing transactions or supporting this process is essential. You will need to be able to foster and develop excellent client relationships as well as progress and the office and team profile within the market. You will need to be able to work as part of a team to and support the senior directors generate new instructions and contribute to fee, billing and profit targets. Keeping the marketing database up to date of potential clients, transactions completed and other crucial information will be required.
