New Job Application Support Anlayst - BBBH8738 Industry: IT Job Type: Permanent Location: Glasgow, Scotland Salary: £20000.00 - £30000.00 per annum My client is a highly dynamic and successful IT services organisation with a strong presence across the UK. They currently have an opportunity for an Application Support Analyst to join their team in Central Scotland. The role will involve remotely supporting users on client sites with and application issues. You will be responsible for taking calls, issuing the fault ticket, updating the call logging system, and then going back into the applications and database to resolve the fault. The successful candidate will have previous experience in a similar role, perhaps worked on a helpdesk supporting applications, or been in a role where you log into a users PC remotely to solve their applications problems on their desktop. You will have strong experience supporting applications You will have experience working to SLAs and using call logging systems You will want to solve problems and be able to identify how to do it Technical skills: SQL, SQL database, javascript, and IIS webservices Any experience with HL7 messaging would be an added advantage This is an excellent opportunity to join a dynamic and growing team where you will have the opportunity to work on innovative and cutting edge product solutions.
