You will support an Associate and Partner to ensure their key clients achieve their strategic aims through providing professional asset management advice. This role sits within the broader commercial asset management team and your prior experience of landlord and tenant and valuations will ensure you have the skill sets to move into this role. My client is very committed to career development and you will enjoy direct dealings with clients, run your own caseload and be able to work with autonomy: whilst enjoying as much support from the senior members of the team as you require. The firm has a reputation for strong team work and operates a flat hierarchy to ensure full inclusion and involvement with the clients - who are loyal and long-standing. You will join a small dedicated asset management team and operate within a wider service stream and therefore the ability to develop and learn is tremendous.
