Purchasing: · Purchases Raw Material & Ingredients · Interact with vendors · Best pricing · Required documentation · Costing new projects · Maintaining, updating ingredient-costing system · Input new formulas in system · Input production data in system · Interact with warehouse manager to keep inventory on hand · Schedule material and ingredients to be in house for production · Point of contact for all suppliers Scheduling: · Retrieve purchase orders from system · Coordinates production schedule based on customer order · Prepare production schedule for production team · Place production schedule in designated personnel bins · Adjust daily production schedule based on production performance and new orders · Enter production reports data in computers (Daily Production) · Maintain product list data base updated (Cases x hour, batches x hour) · Schedule production based on data from list database · Interact with production team to ensure smooth and balanced production Knowledge: Data Pax E-Mail Software (Outlook) Internet Browser (Internet Explorer, Firefox, etc) Peripheral Devices (Scanners, Printers, etc) Presentation Software (PowerPoint, Flash, etc) Spreadsheet Software (Calc, Excel, etc) Word Processing Software (Word, WordPerfect, etc) OSHA, HACCP, GMP, FDA and SQF Language: · English; Fluency - Excellent (Read, Write, Speak) · Spanish; Fluency - Good (Read, Write, Speak) __________ __________ _____________ ___________ __________ Need flexibility in your work schedule?
