This team services their regulatory reporting and capital requirements projects. Job Description:- Eliciting and managing business requirements. You will work closely with teams involved in other phases of the software development life cycle, with a particular emphasis on user acceptance testing. Responsibilities will include writing business and user requirements, use and test cases and co-ordinating user acceptance testing. You will work closely with developers to complete data mapping which will involve analysing databases and spreadsheets to drive requirements and specifications. Responsibilities could also include user training and post release issues and escalation. Skills Required:- In depth knowledge and understanding of Basel 3 reform measures Strong understanding of capital markets minimum 5 years of experience in a bank treasury or capital markets risk role Strong Business analysis Skills Proficiency in data analysis -Excel models and SQL for Data Mapping (preferably Microsoft Sql server 2005/2008) Ability to multi task and prioritize. Strong written and communication skills and ability to face off with senior finance personnel This role would suit a bright business facing individual with strong communications and business analysis experience across capital markets with Basel 3 understanding.
