New Job Business Analyst - J813 Industry: Leisure and Sport Job Type: Permanent Location: Poole, England Salary: £30000 - £41000 per annum + Car, Pension, Bonus, Life Process Analyst Poole 5 Month Fixed Term Contract £45,000 Our client a global organisation based in Poole are currently seeking a Process Analyst. The role is responsible for understanding the end process for revenue generating systems to accounting systems to consolidation systems. The position will report into the Accounting Manager Key Responsibilities of the Process Analyst job will include: * Responsible as our expert on our UK Payroll end to end processes. Including source system feeds from HR master data, operations time and attendance and adjustments to our outsourced partner * Responsible for configuration changes to our UK payroll including the payroll journal to our accounting systems, access control, set up of new pay groups and attractions and security, in conjunction with ITs change control * Responsible for best practice in the governance for controlling and documenting finance system processes and user guides * Review processes and procedures and liaise with stakeholders to embed best practice and remove duplication * Ensure appropriate support and maintenance arrangements are put in place to ensure continuity of service and adequate support to users * Ensure appropriate user training is in place on implementation and thereafter * Enable the roll-out of systems and processes to new business openings and acquisitions, ensuring requirements of any new territories are met * Deliver change management to implement best-practice processes, systems and controls, liaising with stakeholders The ideal Process Analyst will possess the following attributes/skills * 5+ years business/process analyst experience in gathering requirements and developing solutions * Experience of working within an international Group * Experience of finance requirements gathering * Proven 3+ years experience of working on projects on a global basis * Advanced user of Excel * Solid understanding of best practice processes across system support and configuration approaches * In-depth and up-to-date knowledge of industry standard best practice finance processes, internal control implementations and risk management * Need to keep up-to-date with knowledge of IFRS accounting standards For further information about this role please contact Chris Anders directly on 02380 643763 or email visit albior.
