Job Summary: Chartered Building Surveyor with a broad skill base that encompasses a number of our core service lines. Would consider candidates with more specific expertise in a single discipline such as dilapidations or party wall with the opportunity to develop a specialism. More senior positions may be available for the right candidate. Qualifications/Experience: MRICS (Chartered Building Surveyor) Minimum 3yrs PQE Person Specification: - Essential Skills Technically competent in a range of our core service areas, with a particular emphasis on: Building & Structural Surveys/Defect Diagnosis (Commercial & Residential) Insurance Surveying Dilapidations Party Wall Project Management Potential to develop a single specialism approach. Must be commercially aware and dynamic with strong interpersonal skills and ability to work well as an individual or part of a team. Must be conscientious and wish to progress within the business. Clear client facing skills with an ability to market and take part in business development opportunities. Occasional requirement to travel to our offices in Hadleigh (Suffolk), Cambridge and Bristol.
