We are seeking a Chef de Partie to join our team at Botley Park. This role in the kitchen is crucial in allowing us to make the quality food we have committed to providing our guests, and allowing us to achieve the accolades and awards we desire. The Chef de Partie role involves working in all sections as part of a team within this busy kitchen, achieving and maintaining cleanliness in the kitchen, working efficiently and to a high standard and all aspects of a Chef de Partie role. It is important that this person has experience working in a hotel of similar size and desirable that they have worked at 1 or 2 rosette level. We are looking forward to exciting new developments in the kitchen and The Winchester Restaurant and see the Chef de Partie as key to this. The ideal candidate for this position will have the technical ability, cooking skill and real passion to help the team put out quality food and achieve accolades and awards. They will also have the experience and confidence to work calmly and efficiently with quality food at high volumes at this large venue.
