New Job Chef de Partie - CATERMATCH502 Industry: Hospitality and Catering Job Type: Permanent Location: Cheshire, England Salary: £15000 - £16000 per annum + company benefits Chef de Partie required for this upmarket Gastro Pub located near Tarporley, Cheshire. Your role will involve working in a team of 6 Chefs in all areas of the kitchen helping to keep the high standards already set in place. You will also contribute in the design of menus and weekly changing menus. Great chance to work with a growing reputable group. JOB DESCRIPTION As Chef de Partie your role will involve working on all sections from larder all the way to outside catering events. You will also have input into menus - seasonally changing. Part of a 6 person professional brigade with an established leader, the role incorporates the need to help maintain standards, work as part of a team and have the drive, passion and determination to progress your career. You may also be asked to work at one of the sister establishments on the rare occasion. REQUIRED EXPERIENCE The successful candidate must have the broad level of skills and knowledge that allows you to be able to work on all sections without supervision. Experience as a Chef de Partie would benefit but applications from Demi Chef de Parties looking to progress are welcome. plus catering qualifications and/or previous experience within a similar establishment is preferred but not essential.
