As Chef de Partie your role will be to work predominately on different sections ensuring all mise en place is up to date and ready for service. This is an excellent opportunity to work with all fresh and locally sourced produce. This establishment caterers for both formal and casual events. JOB DESCRIPTION As Chef de Partie you will help in the production and service of the best quality menus using the freshest ingredients. REQUIRED EXPERIENCE The successful candidate must have the broad level of skills and knowledge that allows you to run your own section. Experience as a Chef de Partie is essential plus catering qualifications and/or previous experience within a similar establishment is essential.
