Then this could be the job for you! We are recruiting for a well renowned luxury 5* Hotel near Hyde Park and are looking for a temporary Chef de Parties to join their team. This hotel is part of a group with other sites in London and China. With 3 different kitchens in the Hotel; this is a great opportunity for the right candidate! You will have the ability to progress through the ranks and have a very varied role. The Job Responsible for own mis en plas, running a section and overseeing a Commis Preparation and presentation of food Includes working in the A La Carte Restaurant, Brasserie and Conference and Banqueting You will be working to a high standard as expected in a 5* hotel Ensuring quality of food production is maintained at a consistently high standard. The Person Have a CV that demonstrates work experience in 5* Hotel and Rosette Background preferred Have ambition with the passion to progress through the ranks To be creative and innovative, but have great respect for classical technique Have a professional eye for detail with a can do attitude Ability to copy under pressure, working in large kitchen brigade and used to high volume produce The Benefits You will be paid a minimum of £10ph You will work a minimum of 40hours over 5 days Although initially a temporary placement, there may be an opportunity of a permanent role for the right candidate We are looking for all Levels of Chef paying from £10.00 - £15.00 per hour so if you are interested, or if you are between jobs,and are looking to earn great money doing temporary work then please get in touch.
