New Job Clinical Instructor - MD/CI/UK Industry: Medical and Nursing Job Type: Permanent Location: Abu Dhabi, United Arab Emirates Salary: Competitive On behalf of our Client, a world-class multi-specialty hospital in Abu Dhabi, we are currently looking to recruit a Clinical Instructor. This position is responsible for providing organizational learning and performance services for areas throughout CCAD. These services include, but are not limited to, needs assessment and analysis, curriculum and instructional designs, course instruction, collaboration with schools of nursing, evaluation techniques, project management, performance consulting, innovation strategies and change management. Essential Requirements: *Bachelors degree in Nursing, or related field, is required *Masters degree in Nursing, or related field, is preferred *Must have current license for practicing discipline (i.e., Registered Nurse, Respiratory Therapist, etc.) *Minimum of three (3) years of professional nursing experience, or related field, is required *Minimum of two (2) years experience in training, development or organizational learning is preferred. *Experience in the assessment, design, development, implementation and evaluation of learning and performance processes *Strong understanding of the process for organizational learning and performance *Ability to speak and write in both English and Arabic is preferred *Health care industry experience is preferred.
