New Job Contract Manager - Reactive Maintenance - £45-50K - NW London - CMKPMT1 Industry: Building and Construction Job Type: Permanent Location: North West London, England Salary: £45000 - £50000 per annum + car, laptop, phone, 25 days, pension Contract Manager / Contract Service Delivery Manager - Social Housing Repairs Salary: £45-50K + Company Car + Phone + Laptop + 25 Days Holiday + Pension Location: North London - 2 branches (East and West) Job Type: Permanent Contracts Manager - Social Housing The job holder will be responsible for the operation of the business. They will be required to work closely with the Branch & Regional Operations Manager. To manage the day to day operation of a large Social Housing Maintenance contract and have overall responsibility for tenant and client satisfaction and involvement. Controlling all elements of the contract, including budgeting and cost control, client liaison. To manage an office team and a directly employed operational team. Responsible for the timely and accurate invoicing of the client, overhead and cost control of the branch including salaries, vehicles, equipment and tools, stock and petty cash. Management of operatives so as to maximise contract performance against KPIs, minimise default notices and penalties and to ensure high levels of customer service so as to achieve annual contract value. Key Responsibilities *Managing all operational activities - Leading 6 Supervisors, 30 Operatives and a small team of Administrators, Planners and Call-handlers, approximately 20 direct reports. *Managing the financial performance of the contract *Calculating and managing the performance bonus for site personnel *General financial and commercial support to the main branch and one other smaller branch. *Ensuring business complies to H&S *Regular liaison with client, tenants and subcontractors Key Skills *Honesty & Integrity *Trustworthy & Approachable *Understanding of Schedule of Rates / Background in Building / Quantity Surveying *Not shy to have your work mobile on out of hours *Understanding / experience in financial budget control *A strong character capable of leading a large team *Strong IT Skills *Previous relevant experience in Social Housing Maintenance If you feel that you have the relevant experience to be successful in this position and would like to find out more please apply online today attaching a copy of your current CV.
